Sokouk Al-Intifa’a is the right that entitles all Muslims
from around the world regardless of their nationalities, to
obtain a residential suite in
Zamzam
Tower which is located in the proximity of the Holy mosque in
Mecca. This Sokouk Al-Intifa’a is developed by Munshaat
Real Estate Company to be fully compatible with Islamic
sharia’a principles.
Sokouk Al-Intifa’a enable its owner to obtain the utilization
right of a residential suite for a periodical part of the year
and for 24 years. Benefiting from this, the beneficiary will pay
the value of this deed in advance and agrees to pay the annual
charges for maintenance and managerial services.
